The Impressive Criminal Justice Career of Elaine Xydis Lipka

The decades-long FBI career of Elaine Xydis Lipka has been nothing short ofspectacu-lar; quite impressive indeed.Her 30 years at the Bureau had even included 15 years as a Special Agent in the Washington, DC and Denver Field Offices from 1991 and 2005, and as an investigator with the counter-terrorism unit from 2005 until now. Over the years, Elaine has conducted interviews with suspects and then prepared briefings to management, to make sure everyone was in the loop at all times. As a member of the Evidence Response Team (ERT), she conducted physical surveillances and due diligence background investigations. As an educator and trainer, Elaine Lipka has also conducted Active Shooter Awareness and Suspicious Activity/Persons training and reporting. Gathered, organized and analyzed complaint information. She is also highly regarded for her extensive investigative reports.

These days, Elaine Lipka is considered a leader in her community, especially because it is where her family lives, including her twin teenagers. She is considered a very good mother to her teenagers, which is certainly impressive. Having one teenager is a challenge; having two who are the same age is even more impressive. Of course, Elaine Xydis Lipka also has a strong educational background to draw upon and she has been served as a highly respected FBI investigator for several decades, which means she attended the FBI Academy for a while. However, she also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware-Newark. If that’s not enough, she also completed a program at the Philadelphia-based Institute for Paralegal Training. There, she also completed a minor in Sociology.

As a vital member of the internal workings of the FBI’s D.C. office, Elaine Xydis Lipka had a hand in the reorganization of systems designed to manage and maintain all necessary litigation documents. She also had a hand in the compilation of such documents, and evidence of all kinds, and she conducted analyses of any and all pertinent documents and trial exhibits. As part of that organization, she also made sure all depositions were properly digested and indexed, and she managed a payment fund for inspection and testing of asbestos content in buildings, including maintaining the asbestos abatement schedule.
